A: The difference is where the “arm” for bolt attachment is located. On the MS45, the arm is attached to the short ends of the spring frame. On the MS51, the arm is instead located on the long sides of the spring frame. This also affects where the mattress spring will attach on the headboard and footboard of the crib.
