Q: Can I order online?
A: No. In the interest of safety, we do not offer online ordering. However, we do accept phone orders. Please call us at 800.205.9642, 800.772.1041 or 731.586.4300 for direct assistance. Note for Replacement Hardware: Since we will need to ask you a few specific questions concerning your crib, it will be helpful for you to be near the crib when you call.
Q: What type of payment does Products America accept?
A: We accept American Express, Mastercard or Visa credit or debit cards, as well as personal checks and money orders. Credit card orders ship within 72 business hours. Money orders ship within 72 business hours of receipt and personal checks ship within 14 days of order receipt.
Q: How long will it take to get my order?
A: Most items are in stock and ship according to the terms stated above. Time in transit varies depending on destination and shipping method selected. We offer Overnight shipping options for emergencies as well as standard ground services. Most standard US shipments average 2 to 7 days in transit.
Q: I am interested in pricing, where can I get price quotes?

Q: What times can I call products America?
A: Our hours are from 8am to 6pm Central Time M-F. However, we do have voicemail on all of our lines should you choose to leave a message after hours or when our lines are busy. Calls are returned within 48 business hours.
