Our pull button hand release for folding sides. This release mechanism is attached underneath the top folding side rail at each end. It engages with a striker plate located on the headboard and footboard of the crib. Supplied with striker plates and all necessary attaching fasteners.
NOTE: The PB392 hand release is designed for use on cribs with a folding side. This release is not the same as the pull button used with left and right notched rods, which is for use on a drop side. A drop side slides up and down instead of folding. A folding side does not use rods at all, instead the upper third of the crib side is hinged and actually “folds” down when released.

If your crib has the type of drop side release pictured above, and you are missing the rods or the release, you will need to replace the rods with CR711 or CR712 and the release with RL327.
